Hello all!

My name is Lisa Mayo and I run a local podiatry centre called Lane Cove Podiatry. And as you might be able to tell… We treat feet! My team and I assist in providing footwear advice and preventative care of your foot & lower limb to keep you and your active feet happy.

Our friendly team can help manage all your foot problems from soft tissue management and rehabilitation to traditional podiatry services including our in-house customized manufacture and maintenance of orthoses.

We have a special interest in kids’ feet, injuries of the active weekend warrior and chronic pain management.

Our blog is all about providing you, my dear reader with a few tips and tricks to help keep your feet happy and active. 🙂
